About Us

Victory International School

We began in 2009 in central Kasukabe, near Kasukabe Station (by the former Ito-Yokado), originally as Victory International Preschool. What started as a kindergarten grew over more than a decade into a learning community that supports children through meaningful, English-based experiences.

As we expanded, we created two learning spaces to better serve different needs: Victory International School, our main campus for Kindergarten through Elementary, and Wondergarden, a free-school style option.

In April 2023, after more than ten years in our longtime building in central Kasukabe, we relocated to Kobuchi near Kita-Kasukabe Station and opened a new, purpose-built campus. Our two-story school includes a spacious garden—Preschool and Kindergarten thrive on the first floor, while Elementary students learn and grow upstairs. We also welcome ideas from the community and love collaborating on projects across many fields, with the goal of building a place where children can connect, learn, and contribute.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to cultivate and nurture young minds through a creative curriculum that maximizes growth, empowering students to embrace diversity and become global leaders.

Our Core Values

We’re building a learning culture that feels current and pushes students toward real-world success. We take learning seriously, stay flexible in how we teach, and encourage students to aim higher than what feels comfortable.

Our Philosophy

We follow a child-centered approach to education, shaped by how children actually learn and develop over time. We believe children are naturally curious and capable, and that real learning happens when they feel safe, respected, and genuinely interested. In a thoughtfully prepared environment, we guide that curiosity into strong foundations—language, thinking skills, character, and confidence—so each child can grow at their own pace while still being challenged to reach higher.
